Why six colours matter

Screens make colour with light: red, green and blue. Presses make it with toner: cyan, magenta, yellow and black. Some of the bright colours your customers see on screen sit outside what four toners can reach.

The PC2120S adds Pink and Green in the same pass. That widens the range you can print, so brand colours land closer, imagery looks more vivid, and you have work to show customers that goes beyond four-colour printing.

Reproduce up to 93% of Pantone spot colours

Colour is just the beginning.

  • Gold
  • Silver
  • White
  • Clear
  • Textured Paper

Metallic effects. High-opacity White. Clear highlights. Better coverage on textured papers.

Textured Paper toner improves coverage on textured stocks; it does not create raised texture. The press runs CMYK plus two speciality toners at a time, subject to configuration.

Alternative speciality toner options.

Faster setup.
More consistent print.

Set up new stocks faster. The included AI-assisted Substrate Profiler automates paper setup. Fujifilm gives an example of a typical setup going from 22 minutes to 4.

Simplify job setup. Revoria Flow uses AI to set a range of press options in one click, reducing manual adjustments.

Keep long runs consistent. The optional Smart Monitoring Gate D1 corrects colour density and front-to-back registration during printing.

Who we are and how we work

DPS is an independent UK supplier of production print equipment. We work exclusively with commercial print, print-for-pay and direct mail businesses. We’re a Fujifilm Ultimate Partner, a Canon Gold Production Systems Partner and an accredited supplier of Konica Minolta, Kyocera and Plockmatic Group equipment.

You deal directly with me, Will Doherty, founder, managing director and new business lead. We start by understanding who you are, what you do and where you want your business to go. What you print, what you need your next press to do and what it needs to cost all come later. We’ll help you work out where you are now and what it’ll take to get where you want to be.

If you’re simply looking for a cheap machine and the lowest possible click charge, we’re probably the wrong supplier for you. If you’re looking for a long-term partnership built on trust that works for both of us, we’ll do everything we can to help you achieve your goals.

Why I started DPS

I’ve spent over 30 years in commercial print and had the pleasure, most of the time, of working for some of the biggest names in the industry, including Heidelberg, Kodak and Canon. I’ve sold direct for manufacturers and worked through the reseller channel. Having seen it from both sides, my honest view is that the way our industry sells equipment is broken. There’s too little trust, and too often the conversation starts with what the supplier wants to sell.

That’s why I started DPS. I built the business on four principles: independence, impartiality, honesty and integrity. It might sound like a cliché, but it’s how we work. If you want to know whether we live up to it, I’m happy to put you in touch with some of our existing customers. You can ask them yourself.

I work to one rule. Everyone must win. The manufacturer has to win, you have to win and DPS has to win. If the deal doesn’t work for all three, something’s wrong and we won’t go ahead.
